It is designed to provide active hydration. It can be mixed with water to help you hydrate on a hot day out, while travelling, when you are thirsty or during and after exercise or sports.

How To Use

Normal dehydration situations: Thirst, Hot Climate/hot day out, During/After exercise/sport Travel

Dosage Instructions:

• Recommended daily dose for children aged 1-11 is 4 tablets per day.
• The recommended dose for children aged 11+ and adults is 8 tablets per day.

Use 2 tablets to be dissolved in 200ml of fresh, cold drinking water.

Active Ingredients

Glucose, citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium carbonate, blackcurrant flavouring (Maize maltodextrin, Flavouring components (Flavouring substances, Natural flavouring substances and Flavouring preparations), Glyceryl triacetate (E 1518), Triethyl citrate (E 1505), Sulphite ammonia caramel (E 150d) and Benzyl alcohol (E 1519)), saccharin sodium.
